1. Prices in the price list are excluding VAT.
2. By placing an order of banner advertising are accepted up to 5 banners during the entire advertising campaign. Exceptions are contracts for a placement period of more than 3 months.
3. The banner advertising can be made no more than 5 changes per campaign. Exceptions are contracts for a placement period of more than 3 months.
4. In case the Customer refuses to place the Materials:
- less than 10 (ten) working days prior to the date of placement of the Materials - a penalty is charged in the amount of 20% of the cost of placing the Materials:
- less than 5 (five) working days before the date of placement of the Materials - a penalty is charged in the amount of 30% of the cost of placement
- in the process of rendering services - a penalty is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of unplaced advertising
5. The deadline for providing a banner is not less than three working days before installing it in the display grid.
6. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a reservation without giving a reason.
Also, we can offer you the following types of special accommodations:

- Contests, polls, polls
- Creation of event special projects (for example, "New Year", "World Football Championship" or "Spring")
